The job description
As a Test Engineer, you’re the key player in our testing process. You make sure everything works exactly as it should, meeting both customer requirements and our high-quality standards. Your work is varied – from setting up test plans to analysing results and contributing ideas for improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing test plans and test cases that meet customer and quality requirements.
- Analysing test results and reporting findings, with a strong focus on improvement and innovation.
- Recording bugs, deviations, and potential improvements in products and processes.
- Working closely with the test team to solve technical challenges.
- Helping to make our testing processes more efficient and effective.
Your qualifications
You have a strong technical background and a proactive mindset. You spot problems quickly and know how to fix them.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Mbo/hbo (associate’s/bachelor’s) level education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.
- Experience in building complex test setups and performing (acceleration) measurements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with technical reporting.
